They are nice before you move in....

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
It's a shame that this property has gone bad. Management has one priority. Getting new residents!! After that good luck. They can't even keep elevators running much less deal with the security, vandalism issues and working with the large construction projects right next door to minimize the impact on residents. I just don't think they care that much. This is at least the 3rd management team in 2 years.
