I lived at the complex in 2002-2003. The best thing about it was the service. Even if a light bolb went out, they'd have someone quickly come and replace it. Service was better than I had ever expected.
I moved out of town and returned 2005 to find that the old management team has been replaced by a collection of lost and confused people, who seem to spend all their time and effort to find ways to avoid helping tenats. Your refrigirator makes loud nosies' Dishwasher leaks from time to time' Unless they stop working completely they will not be replaced. You recieved a package that was stored at the leasing office (they always are because UPS and fedex just drop them there without checking if you're at home and often don't leave a note)' Don't bother calling the office, they may never find your package.

Noise levels are very high with construction taking place in several directions, a loud motor in the courtyard(generator for the buildings), and a large group of homeless people settling on the edge of the property and fighting at night from time to time. I wouldn't complain if the service was better.
