Fire alarm pulled around 3am-6-times
Flood in hallway..a river of water
Car towed because they forgot to give me the parking tag.
Had lived here for 8 months by then. The building
makes $ from the each tow so does the corrupt ..oh yeah..
corrupt city of Portland. I often hear of residents being towed and it is EXPENSIVE.
NUMEROUS neighbor problems such as VERY, VERY LOUD
PARTIES into the 5am hours. Security lax.
Vomit in hallways/elevator -3X-Good morning!
Empty beer bottles and really sleazy hip hop advertisments in the elevetors AND in the glass case allowed by the management.
Once a week the hallway or exit lights are been broken out after a noisy
Saturday night..or just random Vandalism all the time
THE MANMAGEMENT PLAYS THE OFFENSIVE..A very
sneaky game because they KNOW almost anyone can
break a lease here for the MOUNTAIN of problems
residents encounter just trying to live here. I am in my
apartment about 9 hours a day and I dread having to call the "security" number.
Please be forewarned for your own piece of mind.
