This is definitely the worst, though most expensive, place I have lived in. My unit was not prepared prior to my moving in, with the carpets not vaccumed, maintenance not attempted, and walls poorly painted. It took maintenance staff two full months to address some of the maintenance issues and almost eight months later, I am still waiting for the rest to be completed.
The noise of the trash compactor is enough to drive anyone insane, the carpets in the stairwells are disgusting, I am sick and tired of smelling cigarette and pot smoke drifting in from my neighbors units and residents bouncing basketballs and skateboarding in the hallways, and the staff telling me there is nothing they can do about it. Does management actually screen prospective tenants' If you do move here, be prepared for partying in the hallway, waking up at 4am to the sounds of your neighbor having sex, and do not leave your bicycle locked in the parking area because it will likely get stolen.
