This place is the worst and most expensive place I've ever lived in. I'm paying 1200 a month to deal with drunk neighbors puking in the hallway, beer bottles in the elevators, pets using the lobby as bathrooms, people having sex in the pool, homeless people shooting up in the stairwell to the garage, car alarms going off for hours at night, tow trucks taking an hour to take vehicle every night, and the list goes on and on. The management is the worst I've ever dealt with. Your complaints will fall on deaf ears, security will not report problems because they don't want to get anyone in "trouble." The police will only call the security personnel, only after 5 complaints will they get involved. I understand that apartment living is some compromise to privacy but when there is a drunk person outside the hallway screaming into his cell phone after drunk dialing from 3-4 then passing out in front of the elevator, it's a too much for anyone.
Management also nickel and dimes you as soon as you move in. We moved in, paid all our fees then two months later got a note put under our door saying they had made a "mistake" in calculating our deposits, we owed them 200 ASAP by that weeks end or be be kicked out. They've done this twice in a year, even if it's their error.
Can't stress enough how awful the place and management is. They let it be a dorm room like environment, don't care about long-term residences, and are all about making the quickest buck.
Don't move here if you don't have to.
