This is by far the worst place I have ever lived in. What is going on' I really wish I had read these reviews before moving in and spending so much money on renting here. Neither maintenance nor any cleaning was done in my suite before I moved in and for three months I was in the office at least once a week begging management and maintenance to address some of my numerous maintenance issues. More than eight months later I am still waiting for it all to be completed and have paid out of my own pocket to have the carpets properly cleaned. Some of my appliances don't work properly though maintenance staff didn't know how to fix them so said they were working fine. So I can't cook anything above 375 degrees in the oven and put the dryer on for four hours to dry my laundry.

The garbage compactor going off at least twice a month - arrgggghhhhh. Would drive anyone nuts to hear eeeeee thunk every five seconds throughout the building for hours because the maintenance staff have gone home for the day and the office staff don't have the key to turn it off. Oh and the fire alarm goes off an average of three times in a four month period. The fountain building is so cheaply built that everything is falling apart and not getting fixed.

I could go on and on but suffice it to say, don't move here if you are considering it. If you are here and want to get out, staff will pretend to be shocked that you are the only one experiencing problems and will probably let you out of your lease.

this is the second consecutive comment that you have written. Just because you stay at home all day with nothing to do and hate your life you have to pick the staff apart. Why dont you get a job or a hobby or focus on the real problem, your life!

Sounds like a stay home mom and hubby keeps writing these comments just to be able to sleep in the same bed. You are sad people!!!
