It is extremely sad to see what bunch of losers had to say about one of the greatest communities of downtown Portland. I feel sorry for all who don't appreciate how big of a privilege to live at such community. To me VLF is the one and only livable community in SW Portland with the management and maintenance staff they have. I have nothing but great things to say about the treatment I received at VLF. To be frank, one receives the treatment he/she deserves! The only logical explanation to all these awful and unrightful comments is that the ones made them were the losers who got evicted from VLF due to their unacceptable behaviour. If you have any problems and concerns being a tenant, approach to the management nicely and they will take care of it for you right away! Stop acting like bunch of spoiled jerks and appreciate your environment. Of course certain areas do need improvement, but as the management approach to make the community a first class place to live, some tenants ruin it. Hence, get kicked out! For those who have a problem with the noise: The noise is because of those jerks who are being evicted and come up with those comments!
