Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I've been at The Village at Lovejoy Fountain for about 2 years and have been quite happy. I had a problem with maintenance but then I see a new head of maintenance and issues have been dealt with within a timely manner. I see a new female picking up the place and already see a difference in upkeep. I was happy before but am really noticing a difference lately. I would definitely suggest The Village at Lovejoy to anyone that needs to live downtown.
