I lived at the Lovejoy Fountain a year. (Had it not been for the minumum year lease required it would have been a shorter duration) The building seemed nice enough at first but during the course of the year it went downhill fast. Graffitti, litter & stained carpets in hallways. Garbage chute constantly backed up. Elevator broken on a regular basis. Constant car theft. Unsecure building due to the fact that the side doors are pried open and broken during the night. The majority of the building seems to be made up primarily of people between the ages of 18-35. LOUD. Constant parties. Numerous attempts to quell the problem by going through on-site security proved pointless and even resulted in having to contact the police department myself on one occasion. When my lease expired my rent was raised by $230.00/mo when I didn't re-sign. Outrageous amount of money to pay for a building with so many pitfalls. Management is unprofessional and seems to suffer from a lack of communication throughout their staff. In summary: If you're a college student that likes to party without having to worry about whether or not someone will be knocking on your door to break up your party, then this is the place for you. If you hold a job, and can't rely on your parents pocketbook to pay your bills for you, then I'd advise looking elsewhere. Because before you know it you'll be wandering the streets delerious from lack of sleep dragging your ass into work haggard as hell and getting yourself fired because you haven't had a good nights sleep in weeks.

LOL. This review is downright honest to me. This seriously describes most of the tenants I have seen. 2215? You must live in the Plaza. I thought the Tower got all the crap lol.
