I read some reviews and was sceptical, but really liked the photos on the web so I decided to check it out. The staff was nice, I didn't feel pressured & they showed me the apt. I could actually move into. It was clean & in good repair. I think what you see after hours is always the best way to get a feeling of a place, so I "visited" the property at 8pm on a weekday and at around 10pm on a Saturday. The security person asked for my ID (people don't come & go unnoticed here....good), it was quiet and parking wasn't a problem. I noticed there were parking tags in cars, so I felt good about that...at least I'll be able to find a spot since I'll pay for it. Anyway, I decided to move in, have been here for 5 months and haven't been let down yet. If you're looking for a place downtown, I'd definitely check it out.
