They Don't Set the Bar too High

I've lived here for years and the quality of living here has been moving fast on a downward spiral. The staff is always courteous and perky, until you need them to go a smidge out of their way or work with you on anything. Then that same "must be courteous, must be perky" smile will make you want to kick a hole in the wall. WHEN YOU ARE ON A TOUR EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT, BUT ONCE YOU'RE LOCKED INTO THAT LEASE, WATCH OUT! You WILL most likely be disappointed with them and they WILL NOT make any efforts to better your situtation (however, I must say the maintenance staff are always on time and always great). I've just about had enough of the gals in the leasing office and watching the good relations between the office and the tenants dissipate. When my 4 months left on this lease is up, I'll have no problem finding a better place to live -after all, they don't set the bar too high. Cheers and good luck out there.
