My husband and I lived in the tower building for 12 months since we were new to Portland. During that time we had several issues with our unit and many of which required more than one visit by maintenance to correct the problem. The windows collected mold due to the windows not being well insulated and condensation building up on them and this was never addressed by management. Security at the facility is less than adequate-my car was broken into in the controlled access parking deck and the front office did not provide appropriate follow-up or any assistance when it was brought to their attention. Everything about the tower building is dark, dirty and not worth the amount they charge in rent. The workout facilities are old and don't work properly and the elevators often are out of service or are very dirty. Also, noise in the hallways was often a problem and the experience as a whole reminded me of living in the college dorms.

I completely agree! We've lived here for just over two years and even though it wasn't the best at first, it's even worse now. It gets more and more dirty and is never kept up. The maintenance is horrible, takes way too long to get anything done and when they do get to it, it's half-assed at best. They've been telling us for nearly a year that it's going to be remodeled (the lobby area) and that it was to begin the first of the year. It's now May 31st and nothing has been done. All they keep saying is that they're "working on the budget". They have no problem doing enormous redecorating to the office and lobby of the main building, there's always something new there. And those stupid Sunday brunches every week. The only people going to them is the old people, it's like being at a nursing home cafeteria.

All I can say is WOW you are a vicious! Even if you had a legitimate ----- you just lost all credibility by taking down ???old??? people. Shame on you, have some respect. What is wrong with people today if they have nothing else to do but be mean? What are next little kids? I hope to god when I am old I don???t have the pleasure of the disrespect you have just shown and that karma bites you in the ass. Here is a piece of advice: take a long hard look in the mirror before you go on a public forum with your complaints you may not like what you see.
