Well, if you can afford more, then why not live better somewhere else. But, for a 2 br, this place is affordable. I had yelling neighbors below me and next to me, but oh well, this is SE after all. The mgmt trys to please and they rented to me when i didn't have a job, so at least they are fair and nice. I liked living there, but when i got employed, i moved...
