This place is pretty bad, actually.
Many apartments have cockroaches, the freezers need defrosted every other week, the power goes out if you use the microwave and there have been three fires in one year.It also smells like steak a lot (there is a steak house next door)and there are hypodermic needles and vomit on the sidewalks nearby.

wow...soooo not true. this is my third year here and a lot of other residents have lived here for a while too. no bugs, no fires, they have been replacing the refrigerators, the power never goes out and i have never seen a needle around here. and p.s. the current manager is awesome
