Worst place ever***BEWARE***
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 5/27/2009
Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
We lived there for 3 years and suffered almost the entire time! The only reason we didn't move sooner is because we hate to move!
When we moved in we paid 575.00, when the new owner took over in 2008 (may), they jacked our rent up 120.00 at one time but took away the indoor pool, took out half the dumpsters (with no dumpsters for the first few weeks) and limited our use of our own garage, we even went more than two months without a washing machine and were told to use one of the other buildings. When we let them know this is not acceptable, they finally repalced with another old/used washer and left the broken one in the entryway of the building!
Don't bother trying to complain or you will be tormented for the remainder of your time there!
There is mold/mildew in almost all of the apartments as well as raw sewage running beneath some of the buildings (there are pictures to prove this). We left with pnemonias of which we had to take treatment for over two months to get better but still have to use inhalers while our lungs recuperate!
If you want to be sick, if you want to live in slum but pay for 5 star then you'll be very happy here.
Keep in mind, if you need a repair, plan on doing it yourself. When you try to move, expect to be argued with and certainly do not expect to get any of your deposit back even if you have documentation to prove that the way you left the place was better than when you moved in!
BEWARE**BEWARE**BEWARE**
This place should be reported to the city for a real inspection, if this happens they will surely be shut down!
