These apartments have a very nice layout with character. The apartments located on the Tualatin River have a beautiful view. A family like environment with lots of children around, almost too many children playing in the lot at times. The management is very nice, but slow at getting to any maintenance problems, requiring several requests. There is a noise problem with being able to hear every footstep above you. Overall it is a nice place though.
