I have a friend who lives in these apartments. I also casually know about 6 others who live here. If my friend could move she would. The laudry rooms are filthy, the children are allowed to run around at all hours and are very fowl-mouthed. They charge different rents to different clients based on who knows what. My friend was notified after she moved in that several sex offenders live here. My friends complaints have never been properly resolved and have not been kept confidential.
