I haven't even lived here a year the living conditons inside the apartments are BUG centeral. I have ants on my kids in my food and on my hair in my bed too ewww and I can't get rid of them. Plus the BS from kids that live here they abuse the apartment complex. Drug dealer centeral my 2 year old son watched a beat down of a poor old man child molesters die in this aprtment complex then they rental office lies to yolu about it. I'm moving ASAP you should too

No problems with bugs in my second floor apt. I believe the bug problems are typical of bottom floor apartments along the green back and tualatin river. Just be sure you get a centralized second or third floor unit if you worry about the bugs.

I live on a second floor and there are ant EVERYWHERE! I remember that old man dieing... he deserved it... he was creepy and called a little girl fat then gave candy to other kids and not her.
