I have lived here 7 years now, it was great at first but now I have to get out. The kids around here are horrible and don't respect anyone else's belongings, are fowl mouthed and out at all hours of the night. The manager does not care about any of that just tells you to call the police, but then wont work with the police! I will never recommend anyone to move here, it's horrible and only getting worse. THE WHOLE PLACE IS DRAMA DRUG CENTRAL! If your living in these apartments try to get out, if your looking for apartments there are ALOT of other way better apartments out there.

I have lived here almost a year now, and I totally agree about the kids. I live on the street level and I can't even tell you how many times I have almost been mauled over by them riding their bikes thru the breeze ways. My boyfriend had to literally shove his arms out infront of him to stop a kid from plowing into him. The parents don't care, at all. IF there are even parents outside with them. I am at my wits end with all the little disrespectful brats.

Agree as well. I moved here about 6, 7 months ago when it was cold and there was no one around to see the mayhem of the summer months. The kids are insanely rude with screaming, throwing ice cream wrappers and other trash all over the complex. Where's the parents? Where is the mgmt. involvement? It's all good though because after awhile you get used to this kid crazy, drug central complex... MOVING OUT ASAP!

I agree with this comment. I actually look forward to the rainy days so that the obnoxious brats with no parental supervision stay indoors. Most of these brats are raised not to respect other peoples property so you can. One unsupervised 4 year old girl actually darted out in the middle of the road. She'd be a pancake if I wasnt able to brake in time. The management needs to be more proactive about these little Future Hoodlums of America since obviously their parents could care less.

After reading all the reviews for this place I will avoid it like the plague. Thanks! I'm shocked the property has not been sued yet considering all of the problems. Might as well open a police station in the complex??

The management has always been polite and friendly. I fear that the changes are beyond the control of the management. It goes much deeper. It is the Owner's and the UPPER management greed and lack of heart. Also, the decline in the economy. WHERE ARE THE PARENTS? Inside getting stoned, drunk, using foul language, boasting of their most recent illegal activities, and planning their next scam??????all in front of their kids WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT? Good question. I guess those of us who have values, manners, and expectations of others, are in the minority and the management only panders to the majority??????which are becoming more and more trashy with each day. THE HALLWAYS STINK! FOOD WRAPPERS, DIAPERS, POP CANS, CAT LITTER, CIGARETTE WRAPPERS, POPSICLE STICKS, FAST FOOD BAGS, ETC, LITTERING ALL OVER THE COMMUNITY AND MUCH OF IT FALLS DOWN TO THE LOWER LEVELS. THE MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO HAVE A SET SCHEDULE FOR CLEANING THE LOWER LEVEL HALLWAYS (AKA THE BREEZEWAY). YOU MUST MAKE A FORMAL REQUEST TO HAVE YOUR BREEZEWAY CLEANED AND THEN YOU WAIT FOREVER. Many of the kids lack basic manners and are foul mouthed, as well as their parents. The kids play in the road WHERE MOVING CARS ARE and the kids don??????t move when they see you coming...like they are expressing dominance. These little trouble makers are taught by their trouble making parents. I NEVER SEE PARENTS in the paking lot or play areas with their kids. I have been here for more than 8 years and have seen a steady decline. The rent is as high as NEW apartments with nicer amenities. No matter how nice the flowers beds are or how things look from the curb or the parking lot, the place is rapidly becoming a SLUM! I am saving my money and can hardly wait until I can move!
