The management has always been polite and friendly. I fear that the changes are beyond the control of the management. It goes much deeper. It is the Owner's and the UPPER management greed and lack of heart. Also, the decline in the economy.

WHERE ARE THE PARENTS' Inside getting stoned, drunk, using foul language, boasting of their most recent illegal activities, and planning their next scam all in front of their kids

WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT' Good question. I guess those of us who have values, manners, and expectations of others, are in the minority and the management only panders to the majority which are becoming more and more trashy with each day.

THE HALLWAYS STINK! FOOD WRAPPERS, DIAPERS, POP CANS, CAT LITTER, CIGARETTE WRAPPERS, POPSICLE STICKS, FAST FOOD BAGS, ETC, LITTERING ALL OVER THE COMMUNITY AND MUCH OF IT FALLS DOWN TO THE LOWER LEVELS. THE MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO HAVE A SET SCHEDULE FOR CLEANING THE LOWER LEVEL HALLWAYS (AKA THE BREEZEWAY). YOU MUST MAKE A FORMAL REQUEST TO HAVE YOUR BREEZEWAY CLEANED AND THEN YOU WAIT FOREVER.

Many of the kids lack basic manners and are foul mouthed, as well as their parents. The kids play in the road WHERE MOVING CARS ARE and the kids don t move when they see you coming...like they are expressing dominance. These little trouble makers are taught by their trouble making parents. I NEVER SEE PARENTS in the paking lot or play areas with their kids. BIG DOGS LEAVE BIG PILES on the sidewalks and in the grass. Management ignores the animal weight limits.

I have been here for more than 8 years and have seen a steady decline in the quality of people. The rent is as high as NEW apartments with nicer amenities. No matter how nice the flowers beds are or how things look from the curb or the parking lot, the place is rapidly becoming a SLUM! I am saving my money and can hardly wait until I can move!

I agree. This place is chock full of riff raff and the Future Hoodlums of America. The kids are wild and completely oblivious to the meaning of being considerate. They are loud and disrespectful of other people's property and laugh when their ball hits (and dents) your car and the studs in their jeans scratch the hood of your car after they sat and slide down on it! How have these punks been raised to disregard other ppls things like that?! Blame all the carefree parents in this low class dump. Its only a matter of time your car will be damaged courtesy of all the brats roaming the grounds unsupervised. The kids truly are a product of their parents' upbringing and their environment. So if you have kids and want to help them become future hoodlums of america too, and you have a new car that you want to look old and "broken in", then move here now!!!

Ah, the pool. Surprisingly the pool is much better managed by both the leasing office staff and usually quite a few parents. Everyone at the poo are happy and more friendly. If you experience foul mouths or trouble makers just inform the staff. ENJOY THE POOL AND THE SUMMER! :-)

I currently live here as well. I have three children. We do not let them go out alone because of the utter disrespect the kids have at this complex. I only recently moved here and I am looking forward to the swimming pool opening, but I am worried about the chaos that will probably follow from the parking lots to the pool....stay tuned.

The new manager, Jill Picard is a piece of work. Will harrass certain residents and staff. Control freak weirdness. Unfriendly and NOT helpful. Get me outa here!!!

I live here and love my apartment. The people who are complaining are the ones who are getting kicked out or getting notices about not watching their kids. Easy to comment when you dont have to sign a name.
