There are things wrong with any apartment of course. You learn to live with them. I have rented apartments for 20 years. I have never had to deal with anyone as arrogant, demeaning and rude as Jill Picard. She is rigid and seriously lacks people skills and tact. She should not be managing anything. I have NEVER contemplated moving from an apartment based solely on the nastiness of the manager. That changed here. I am not the only one. Many are doing the same.
Jill Picard is driving out the good residents who pay their rent on time, and don't cause problems. She ignores or evades any question about grounds maintence(which is appalling disgusting) and other issues. Jill Picard is demeaning to the staff and residents. I am moving when my lease is up in a few months. She is the only reason why.
