We lived at University Park for a year, and found it to be overpriced for what you get. The management is not good at finishing what it starts (a paint job they started months ago is still not finished) and is seemingly satisfied with sloppy work. The community areas are a bit small, and the exercise room is not well tended. The apartments themselves have very small kitchens, outlets in difficult places, and not quite enough cabinet storage in either the bathroom or kitchen (although the closets are generous). There is also a terrible noise problem if you are on the north side of the building where the trash pickup and recycling dock is placed.
