Not even worth the low rent

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
The management is very dishonest and maintenance is non-existant. My 2nd floor apt. was burgularized along with 3 of my neighbors and management didn't think there was a problem. They charged us for the broken windows and locks!!
