Lots of drug activity.this place comes alive at night and when ever managers make it here there little church kids they hide everything. drug dealers all load into cars at night and hang out in there cars.And very scary when walking to your own car.they also in the day act like there working under there hoods when realy there dealing.tried calling police on drug activity your better off calling about a suspicious vehicle they come quicker. parking is ok but the tow companies want to tow anything with wheels even though your a tenant if your car is not up to code they will tow broken window or flat tire or expired tags and if you car looks a little ugly worn ,winsheild cracked broken. No play area for kids even though they say they have one. managers keep quiting or getting fired.I have been here a year and no progress has been done there garbage compactor is always screwed up garbage gets piled up to 4-5 feet high. well they just brought in two dumpsters so that might be fixed. And it just got bought out And so far all I have seen is a security guard drives buy shines a light around in his car passing all the drug dealers in there cars park in the lot And once in a great while they will actually walk around the complex but I don't even know what there jurisdiction is here protecting the buiding tenants or just picking up litter must not be drug activity.it is every where here.children are not watched at any hours and the children run and play whenever around cars.yeah loud music to be shut down after a certain time by law and rules but thumping rap doesnt make loud noise but will vibrate your apartment floor and walls. and it does not make loud noise it thumping bass noise. just double check picture on your wall they will fall off. tried to complain but manager did not want to loose that tenant, that was her resposnse.Why I moved here was because they worked with me far as rental history goes and credit. but that was a different company then.And far as inside the aprtment has nothing special kitchen ventilation is no good every time you cook you have to take the fire detector battery out or the alarm will go off and the kitched oven overhead vents does not go anywhere through some cheesy filter.
