these apartments are a terrible place to live the owner has racial issues or maybe just her security does but he is rude and harrasses people they dont like you to bbq or anything adults get told go in the house at 9:00 pm this man is really rude .

Some of this is true some not. durring the summer they made two tennants security. The the cities curfew was 11:00. 9:00 was never the issue. it was the drug activity that was going on and in July was prime time for drug dealing there 70-80% chance of the poeple out at night that time were most likly dealing doing or up to no good. So they told poeple who were drinking or hanging out or loitering to go inside or leave. most likely the person who wrote this report im replying to was one of them. cause it was never a racist thing but most of the poeple that live here and up to no good happend to be black. And the city fire departmnt states by law BBQ have to be 10 feet away from building this prevents building fire and smoke for units that are above.

no not racist just the majority of the people who live here are black and happened to be very disrespectful to other tenants loud music drinking .if anything its black who discriminate whites here and usaully its A friday night or weekend but since most poeple do nothing for a living here except sell drugs, it happends all week. if poeple wouldn't deal drugs there would not be a problem here. just had to call police on appartment fight that just about began ,seems to be not much poeple who call police here i guess they affraid they will ketch them

From what I saw most of the black people here take advantage of the system and . are verry rasist against the white people . or think they can ruin there cars and such I think someone should trash on of there cars see how they like it.
