Last summer drug activity was getting bad so two tennants got involved to help owner and gresham police clean this place up.It was going real well for the summer, few drug bust security cameras and started forcing rules to get the bad poeple out of here long story short worked great untill excutve property managment came in and hired there own cheap security service that patrols in a car One of those useless ones that do nothing except flash a light around. and most of the poeple who were excluded from property are back on or living in other units.Not real heavy drug traffic but still around and still need better management...And i dont even think they know how to use the security camera's.so ever since owner went with new management and security it is kind of creeping back to what it was before. and most of the drug activity is becuase a manager from before who was fired let a lot of bad poeple in without screening and the current one now has relation to people who were invovled in drug bust a few months back. yelling drunks and loud music no enforcement at all . Why care when owners and management dont have to sleep here...Your car probably won't get stolen, but your garbage -will- be gone through. There are quite a few homeless people that populate the area, but so far they've been harmless. a little overpriced and crawling with crminals.And a very liberal city where the police do nothing too. I would say the drugies has better rights here then the good poeple.... if you reallly need a place to live I would go some where else. No place for children to play except a pool. but there hours for pool is a joke closes at 8 then adults till like 10pm and some days it has been so hot you have to wait too cool down (or children or in direct sunlight) and the time for kids is usally 8 to get in a summer night. the last managers before this one lasted a week they moved in and moved out so quick Im supprised they didnt break the sound barrier...

well owner didn't care for management ,so now she is back as of FEb,2007 . I am the one who wrote these reports forgot password. So the update is prety much the same I dont think she has that security anymore. Which made no differents to us drugs are creeping back,seen some activity last night and called non emergency police just to let the poeple know there still around no arrest but you know wakes these drug dealers up. and these are all tennants that live here and owner knows who they are but will do nothing to get rid of.. Ill update next time i remember this sight.
