Got to say I have been here for a few years.. and finally a owner bought this place and there doing a Ikea renovation in there units .. very nice also rents being raised a little bit Which will get rid of the pass history I have reported in other reviews ,It is not as bad as it was before me and one other fellow he no longer lives here (Thanx Walt) worked alongside police and owner to clean up and its has got lots better since then.. I am now in the process in changing my opinion on this place to lot better. and I got about 5 years here.. And other reviews say loud Spanish people, I Never have had any problems with Spanish people and I am American. There great people and very respectful. I will up load pictures once some units are completed... I really dont think it will ever be Perfect , Perfect is your own home yard and garage. so for apartment its getting better...not saying there isn't any suspicious activity just saying drug activity has dropped dramatically.UPDATE/////

Well it wasnt Martin who wrote this at one point it was going good thought the company was going to clean it up, but i have to say it has gone down hill now and management has done nothing but make brokend promises. We been here 5 years and we are on the way out.ALMOST ALL OF THE STUFF I REPEATED ABOVE IS REPEATING HERE AGAIN. AND THIS TIME I AM NOT WORKING ALONG WITH THE LAW CAUSE THEY DO SQUAT.Not safe to walk out at night or go to Dumpster someone is usaully in it most crimes that happend are for some reason never on camera I have mentioned drug activity to manager went through one ear and out the other. And one time he told the users to do there habit in ther unit. So there more concerned about money then clean enviroment.Just one little small user all it takes to be a mess.....

This is a really funny review MARTIN LARSON the Manager. He wrote this. Trust me I know that this complex is a joke. The IKEA renovations are true but only offered to new tenants. Current tenants have stay in their moldy, musty, dumpy units. If they want to trnasfer they have to pay a extremely riduculous deposit and way higher rent. What a joke! Even their own manager MARTIN doesnt even want to live here.
