Well All I can say is been here long time had opportunity to help out to try clean up drug activity it was getting prety Bad in 2006-07 but we never were able to get rid of the main drug dealer and to this date I don't know if he still lives here or what but he is still dealing on property.. At the time we were able to trespass some poeple but by now those tresspass have expired and most of them have return in some way or form. we were on the way out when when they offered me a better unit and they also told me they were really going step up on drug activity and the new manager was also going to move into a unit (giving me the security that they mean business) well he never moved in And nights are terrible here, cars with poeple in them at night and I can tell you there is no security patrol or rent o cop that is going to approach these poeple.. cars park by Dumpster with people in them(prostitution or drug activity)I have seen in the years I lived here good people get messed up in drugs here.Going good to bad .

They got the best security camera's but they never put them to use, just a tactic to let people think its a great place. most poeple dont know how to talk outside at night ,dont need need a loud speaker cause they talk loud enough.. some times loud music but your wont here it outside but the thumnping noise in the walls are great some times have knocked pictures off the wall , don't bother calling police cause you have to sign a complaint at the time of the noise which will most likely raise everyones attention when a cop is at your door so then poeple know who to retaliate..
Management will tell you every thing you want to hear to sign a lease, but if its not in contract it wont be done. we were promised some more work in our kitchen but never happend, which we were really wishing for durring the holliday season. Not even a drawer to hold siverware or a cabnet to hold pots and pans the 2 bedroms with vaulted ceiling units are nice but lose the space in the bedrooms and bathrooms not enough room for a roll of Toilet paper on the wall and no room to even dress in bathroom. not to mention they did not use gloss paint on walls in bathroom .rather have stayed in the lower level one.. but I feel I am getting ripped off.I did show a picture of a shooting that happend a while back , but the sad thing now is most of those people have returned here with there activity ... so there you have it. They ripped Broke there deal with me by keeping it clean.

This is a really funny review MARTIN LARSON the Manager. He wrote this. Trust me I know that this complex is a joke. The IKEA renovations are true but only offered to new tenants. Current tenants have stay in their moldy, musty, dumpy units. If they want to trnasfer they have to pay a extremely riduculous deposit and way higher rent. What a joke! Even their own manager MARTIN doesnt even want to live here.
