My husband and I along with our two boys lived in this complex for one year. I had to force my husband to stay here for the one year period so we would be able to get our deposit back. Management never seemed to do anything about the traffic that would occur at night in the common areas. Parents would have their children (ages 7 and under)outside by themselves playing without supervision. Anyone could have easily kidnapped kids at night. We never trusted our kids to go swimming because the pool always looked dirty. Vandalism occurred often; our car emblems were snatched off. Garbage was never placed in the bins,tons of trash bags just left lying around. There was a washer and dryer in the unit but it didn't work well. After running a load of clothes you would have to wait 30 minutes before using it and in order for your clothes to be dry I would have to run the dryer twice. I left the apartment in excellent condition because I am a clean person; I mean I cleaned the bathrooms as if I was still living there, vaccumed the floors, cleaned the inside of the refrigerator, oven, drawers etc and when we received our deposit back in the mail we were changed a $50.00 paint touch up fee! If I recall aren't you suppose to paint before a new tenant moves in' I would not recommend this complex to anyone. If you have family members in the city stay with them until you are able to afford something else!
