When I first got to Village Court I could clearly see the Livability of the community as dysfunctional, yet previous experience with homelessness required me to be grateful.

Up till the time Village Court Apartments was acquired by it's present owner, NFN INVESTMENTS in December 2007, I saw no hope. Things were pretty grim i.e. Police here just about every night and more often on the weekends etc...

I can now safely say insofar as seems reasonably true, factual, or to be expected and without much doubt that VILLAGE COURT APARTMENT is my home as its COMMUNITY progressively becomes a more LIVABLE COMMUNITY...

You sure your not a kiss ass as you advertise your business and your site ? is it more just for your own glory .complex pay you a hefty sum ? I Was down looking at places thinking to move there with my kid. none of the people I spoke of said much good in the place still. Just raised rents and complaints not handled

Since my project relates Portland's ------- American Community and about 75% of Village Court Apt's tenents are ------- American I will do my best to see that we are represented well...In this Whitest Major City in USA peace will b.
