Ive been looking for apartments for about 2-3 weeks. I saw no reviews here so I thought I would check out the Village Manor one bed, one bath 2nd level apartment. I met with the landlord and she was nice. I followed her into the aparment which was set up in a way that you walk through an inclosed hallway to get to your actually apt. Right when I walked in it smelt really weird and the place was about the same size as a hotel room. Kitchen was tiny and was attached to the living room/dining room. The living room seemed pretty large considering it was a livingroom/dining room. The bedroom is kinda small as well but bathroom seemed normal. It wasnt so bad of a place but the smell really bothered me. Seems like a dirty place. But maybe im picky..

I actually viewed this same apartment.Being a professional cook in training the weird smell is Curry. I suspect the previous resident cooked with Curry.The apartment complex grounds and aparment was clean and average in size, the pool looked inviting.The manager even said she had been trying to get the smell out and was afraid she would need to replace the carpet that looked new to me.
