Ive lived at Vista for over a year.
The negitive comment sounds horribly exggeragted. Although the part about elevators is true.
I think the value of the building and its exceptional maintaince and staff more than makes up for its utter lack of hip-ness (the lobby is so sedate as to make one want to nap). But then again, is that so bad'
Speaking of naps, about the only thing older than this building's mechanical systems are the tennants. They make pleasant, un-obtrusive neighbors.
Parking is awesome, views are great, the walls and floors are thick, maintenance is fast, neghborhood excellent.
Highly reccomended.
