Vista St. Clair Apartments

a terrific community in which to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   It pleases me to contribute my two cents, since I'm the person who "verbally abused" the tenant who gave the Vista such a negative evaluation. (I asked her nicely if she would mind turning off the television she had been watching before leaving the exercise room. She took this as an opportunity to verbally abuse me!) This is the only negative experience I've had since I moved into the Vista last September. The Vista really is the apartment community it is advertised to be. Residents range widely (which I love) from college students to the elderly (the building is holding a tea to celebrate the 100th birthday of one of the residents this week). I almost always enjoy talking with people who live or work here. Generally, Vista residents are a highly educated group of very interesting people. I moved to Portland from the Midwest last year. My transition to a city in which I knew no one prior to moving has been very easy thanks to the Vista St. Clair. I could not give it higher marks.
