Excellent management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The management and staff are considerate and concerned with the well-being of the occupants. We stayed one pleasant year here with easy access to downtown and to the 23rd Ave restaurant/shopping area. We used it as our base while we searched for a home to buy.
