Professional tenants. Great Zip code. Nice view of the whole down town and the park below. Abundant underground parking. 24 hours laundry facilities. Indoor workout facilities. 5 minute walking distance to Washington Park. 5 minutes to 23rd street shopping and entertainment area. Dislikes Slow elevator. No airconditioning in the summer - need portable (self installed) A/C.
