Great property! Office staff is astounding!

I lived at Vista for a 3 years and I loved it! The office staff is so accomodating, this place runs like a hotel! The building is old but has a certain charm about it and for being built so long ago, the building is in great shape! Rent's are a little more but for downtown Portland, you get a lot better service at the Vista than another place downtown with the same rent. If I moved back to Portland, I wouldn't even look around for an apartment, I would go straight to Vista St Clair!
