Let's begin with the parking spaces. I've noticed these compact vehicles receive enormous spots whereas the much larger vehicles are crammed into sad sandwiches. Getting in and out is just impossible. Requesting a change in parking spaces' Don't bother.
I'm fine with the slow elevator, because everytime you take it to any destination, you end up making a handful of trips. Pardon me, I'll take the stairs. Talk about the heat and odd smells in there every so often. I do enjoy the 10 days of cleaning and waxing in the front lobby. Oh, how wonderful it is to watch the floor being cleaned, shined, waxed in different sections of the grounds. Great way to waste money.
How about taking care of the air conditioning situation' There are at least a dozen people who probably melted. How about paying more attention to the residents in the building. Where does all that money go' I've seen turtles work faster and harder than any of the two maintainence guys. This place really needs a superintendent who can keep up with the residents' requests. It's not that difficult. C'mon, the entire lobby is air conditioned. What does that tell you'
The only thing I like about this place is the quiet enjoyment of living, the handy cart that they provide for unloading your groceries and whatnot. My most favorite thing is that one day they provided free drinks at the front desk. I wonder why. Maybe in the winter they'll give you free blankets from a local hospital, god forbid your heater doesn't work, but most likely waiting to be fixed.
Ante up Vista St. Clair. At least give an ounce of care, if anything. Please.

Parking: Some residents are downsizing their cars but prefer to keep their larger spaces thus easing their entrance/exit. They pay a premium to keep these spots which will become available when they opt. to give them up. Lobby refinishing: Sorry about the extended process to polish the 56 year old terrazo floors so they shine without nightly re-waxing, buffing, etc. Now they are done, polishing should only be required once per week,a huge labor saver!!! A lot of research and testing went into this decision. With 256 units in addition to yours, we have a lot of requests for service and must give priority to health and safety issues, move ins/outs, common area maintenance and the building systems such as heating, hot water, ventilation, appearance and lastly tenant requested improvements such as A/C's. You are also free to hire qualified outside contractors if we are kept busy elsewhere. Sorry we offended you with free bottled water on a 103 deg. day. Several residents looked pretty thirsty after walking up the hill from the max station. We had thee cases of H2O in storage so we iced them down in the bowl on the counter.

Thank you for the response. I feel more content. Living here is a great experience and I hope there will be continuous improvements as well as according action to the requests of each and every tenant.
