After reading some of the reviews from the past year, I felt I should write something. This building is so great. They installed my air conditioner within 3 days of me buying it and it works beautifully. The office staff is so nice, they always treat my maintenance issues of the highest priority and the maintenance staff themselves are very knowledgeable.

The location is perfect, everything so just a hop, skip and a jump away and the apartment features such as a dishwasher and garbage disposal are not what you would find in an older building like this.

I would definitely recomment checking this place out, you'll never want to move out!
