I lived there for nearly a year and half, and spend the entire time trying to get repairs done on my place.

Everytime I would call the landlord it was the same thing "oh they will be there tomorrow" over and over again.

When I moved in the price was great but then they decided to update the place and boom my rent went up.

I started paying $535 for a 2 bedroom no utilities included and then they wanted $595 for the same 2 bedroom.

There was never any parking, insect infestations etc.
