This place is lovely and charming....but there is a lot of uncertainty here. Rumors fly about possible charges for water...rent hikes....and possibly being evicted for doing things such as turning the thermostat up on the community pool. We are new here this year and have heard the stories from other tenants..and we'll just have to wait and see. We were planning on adopting a dog because they do allow dogs here. But then we heard someone was kicked out because their dog accidently knocked down a child. It was an innocent accident...but the tenant had to choose between getting rid of their dog or moving out. They chose to move out. Good for them!

I would say, if you have no pets and don't mind surprises, live here. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
