I feel like I was lucky in finding these apartments. The location is great, it's right on the river, they're quiet and well-maintained. The landlord is on top of everything and is fair in his dealings. The only complaint I have about these apartments is the rent did take a hike, so they are a little spendy, other then that I had a great experience!
