I keep seeing reviews that speak about the manager being "fair" and "honest" and then the property is raved about. Sorry to say, I don't think a resident is writing these. I think management might be trying to turn things around. If this is a sincere move, then great...but don't claim things that are not true. This place could be an amazing gem and a wonderful place to live...but too many challenges and restrictions around here.

As my title states, location is amazing. The rest is questionable. If you are lucky enough to land an apartment that was well-cared for by the former tenant, consider yourself lucky because a run-down unit may not be as nice because nothing is upgraded unless it is a safety hazard.
