The neighborhood could not be better, my apartment is absolutely fabulous! very retro cool...nothing better than living on the river, and still having everything i need within walking distance! The only downside are the acoustics and the heating bill in winter (ceiling radiant heat is inefficient). Get a space heater and wood for your fireplace and you'll be set! Dave, and Tomoko are very responsive, friendly managers. Diverse mix of neighbors (in a good way).
