We love it here at Waverly Surf. Its a nice walk to shops, buses, parks, even a beach. The rent , at $845 for a large 2 bedroom, is pretty exceptional for being on the waterfront (its on the Willamette River.) Most of the apartments don't have a view of the river, but we just walk about 100 yards and we're at the pool deck with a killer view of the river. Not many come open here, but you can't go wrong renting here. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
