i highly recommend these apartments to anyone who cares about quality of life. i have been here for two years now , and this place is THE best thing going in sellwood, short of a house. i bike and ride the bus, i dont own a car so , and its very close to the springwater bike trail, which follows that gorgeous willamette river right past oaks wildlife refuge, and the beach by sellwood park. really a stunning ride to work...
i have found the other residents to be really respectful and overall really nice people, its one of the things i love about waverly surf. the management has done a good job of getting out any rowdy partiers who had little regard for their neighbors quiet. sellwood is, to me, the best neighborhood in portland. tons of coffee houses, antique stores, parks, beaches, library, restaurants... and mellow, safe, etc.
