Thin walls. No privacy. Little maintenance. Trashy kitchens. Single pane windows leak that heat. A mentally unstable heroin addict with a gun and anger management problems is allowed to live in the pace. Princeton Property Management is a cold business that could care less about individual renters. Additionally the apartment manager routinely talks down about tenants she doesn't like. And she tends to actively work to boot out people in the complex who either don't suck up to her, or who she doesn't like. It's an unhealthy atmosphere all around.
