Great apartments by the Pearl District

Webb Plaza has been great so far, no noise problems at all. The crystal ballroom noise across the street has been louder in this apartment than actual apartment noise! lol
Great price for the location.
Only problem is that garage only has room for 10 cars, so you'll have to wait on a list for a while to get garage parking. Until then you'll be out on the street - which I had problems with - had antenna ripped off, and writing on my car.
I would definately reccomend Webb Plaza
