I've lived here for a little under a year and while things have never been bad the new management is great!

They are friendly, answer calls immediately, and fixed my sink the same day I told them about it.

The building itself is full of charm and well kept. I love that I am so close to downtown yet it feels like I'm in a hidden nook away.

Parking can be tight, but short of that I have nothing but great things to say about this place and my manager.
