I moved in about 3 months ago and so far I love it here. I have searched for an apartment in this area and Westover Tower is by far the best price for a 1 bedroom. It is an old building but it really is charming, the laundry room is clean and easy to use, and parking is available for a decent price (and the parking is worth it..it's very hard to find parking around the building sometimes). Overall it is a nice quiet building with a very nice manager and the only reason I would ever leave here is because I would like to get a dog and it is a cat-only building.
