This place used to be great....now it sucks

I have lived here for many years. I have seen a lot managers come and go and now I am gonna go. The last couple of years we had a young gentleman running this building. He was wonderful, he was always around, he would help you with almost anything. I've seen him help the elder tenants with groceries, I have seen him changing light bulbs for some tenants that are disabled.
In the course of one year he turned this place around. This building felt like home and had a real community feel to it. Yeah rents went up a little mine was $30. With all the improvements I didn't mind.
For some reason one of the people down out their main office decided it was time for him to go. They replaced him with this pain in the ---. I don't know where they found this guy or what made them think he could replace the last manager, but they did. The place smells, the halls are dirty, you can never get help.
Sometimes you should never mess with a good thing.
