I have lived at many apartment communities and have never been treated so poorly. I reccommend that if your going to spend 700$ a month on a 2 bedroom apartment you look else where. Living there was the worst experience I have ever had with the office staff. They have very poor customer service. They treat you as if you owe them. When YOU r the one paying for their services! I feared for the safety of my children while living there I even thought of breaking my lease on several occasions, the only reason I did not is cause I feared I'd get a bad rental history. When I did finally move out I recieved a large bill for charges that I know personally were not true. I know for a fact she tries to get everthing she can out of you so that she can have a bigger budget to give referrals out to her friends that supply her marajauna habit. The management is very unproffessional and unwilling to help when a problem arises. If you call corporate with an issue she takes it upon herself to call them first. Then they hear her side and believe her over the tenants. She then makes it her duty to take vingence upon you. So basically, calling corporate doesn't even help. It just makes it worse! The staff sits around and talks about the residence buisness in front of other tenants. She makes it seem like a big happy familly/ community but in all reality she takes pride in knowing your buisness. She has no respect for her own employees and they fear the reprocussions of going against her even if what she is doing is illegal. On many occasions I watched her curse at a 15 year old boy for coming around her building even though he was a tenant of that property. The only good comment on this rating was done by the manager's babysitter. She has no resspect for people's privacy and makes it feel like you have to walk on eggshells around her. I don't believe that bullying is good customer service. Where I am now I am being treated with much respect and my apartment is bigger,nicer, and has way better landscaping.It is also cheaper! It makes me wonder why I ever settled for such a poor enviroment. The staff doesn't gossip about it's residents and they are always willing to help. I feel that in the year that I lived at west ridge I wasted a bunch of money and had the most awful experience. Donna is one person I wish i would have never had the pleasure in meeting. In my oppinion Brianne prince was the only leasing agent that had respect for her clients and now she no longer works there cause she did not agree with the managers methods. For a period of time we had no onsite management living on the property when in our contract we were suppost to. When we asked why there wasn't any first response we were told because there was a manager living onsite, but both the manager and assistant manager were renting out there aptments to friends for some x-tra money while they lived somewhere else. That jepordized our safety and without any 1st response we had no one to call for assistance. They were also in breach of contract with all of tenants. She acted as if the rules did not apply to her. In all my life west ridge meadows was the worst mistake I have ever made and I am happy to no longer be living in such an unpleasant enviroment. If you feel as if there is no place else to go you couldn't be more wrong. Please explore your options before you waste your money and time. You might just leave there worse off than you did when you moved in!!! i KNOW i DID. NOW I HAVE TO WASTE MORE TIME CLEANING UP MY CREDIT BECAUSE I SPOKE OUT AGAINST HER ILLEGAL METHODS. i DO HOPE THAT SOMEONE ONE IN CORPORATE SEES HOW BAD SHE IS FOR BUISNESS BECAUSE BESIDES THE STAFF THERE THE PLACE JUST NEEDS A LITTLE MORE LANDSCAPING AND FIRST RESPONCE,AND IT COULD POSSIBLY HAVE SOME POTENTIAL. THE MAINTENANCE GUYS ARE ALWAYS ON TOP OF THINGS AND THEY STAY OUT OF OTHER PEOPLES BUISNESS. THEY MIGHT WANT TO THINK ABOUT PUTTING KIRT IN THE MANAGERS CHAIR. I BELIEVE HE'D DO A BETTER JOB THAN THE CURRENT MANAGER. MAYBE SHE SHOULD BE PUT ON GARBAGE DUTY. EVENTUALLY THIS PLACE IS GOING TO BE JUST LIKE QUATAMA CROSSINGS!!!!!
